An agent finalizes payment
A dedicated sales agent calls you — usually the same business day — to confirm your order and securely finalize payment by your chosen method: wire, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, Chime, or crypto.
White-glove delivery, full warranty
Once payment is confirmed, large items ship insured with white-glove delivery and, where applicable, professional setup. Everything is authentic with full manufacturer warranty, and you'll get tracking by email.

Yes — 100%. Every item, single units and full pallets alike, is brand new and factory-sealed. We never sell used, damaged, open-box, or refurbished stock, and everything carries its full manufacturer warranty. No gray-market goods.
How do orders and shipping work?+
Place your order with your name, phone, and address and choose a preferred payment method — you'll get an order reference (e.g. APX-XXXX) and a dedicated sales agent will call you, usually the same business day, to confirm your order and securely finalize payment. Nothing is charged online. Once payment is confirmed, we arrange insured freight (large items ship white-glove with setup where applicable) and email you tracking. How does delivery work on large items?+
Big-ticket items — TVs, appliances, spas, gym and energy systems — ship via insured freight with white-glove delivery. Many categories include professional setup. Freight is arranged after checkout based on your address.
